Manchester Center for Mesoscience and Nanotechnology: UK Researchers Andre Geim and Kostya Novoselov have created a graphene transistor 10 nm in size.
Researchers demonstrate the physics behind their graphene-based transistor in the Science article "Chaotic Dirac Billiard in Graphene Quantum Dots" published on April 18.
