The Cuban - Austrian School in Material Science and Technology is a satellite event of the International Conference Material Science in the Age of Nano. The School will take place from the 18 to the 21 of November 2009 and it is organized by the College of Nanotechnology of the University of Havana.

The school will be carried out by professors from the Vienna University of Technology and the University of Havana and will cover several areas of Material Science with special attention to nanoscience and nanotechnology.

English will be the official language and simultaneous translation will be provided for selected conferences.

The participation is open to any interested individual special preference will be given to participants of the international conference and national or foreign students. Inscription must be made beforehand.
