International Symposium “Fundamentals of Laser Assisted Micro– and Nanotechnologies” in 2016 is an integral part of the "Lasers and Photonics" Congress organized by ITMO University.
All participants of the International Symposium “Fundamentals of Laser Assisted Micro– and Nanotechnologies” will have access to all technical sessions of all other events of the Lasers and Photonics Congress (limited to seat availability).
The International Congress "Lasers and Photonics" will start on Monday, June 27, with a Plenary Session at the Holiday Inn Moskovskye Vorota hotel.
Laser–assisted micro- and nanotechnologies are rapidly growing areas of research, development and production. The serial FLAMN Symposium includes a broad spectrum of laser micro– and nanoprocessing problems: from physical fundamentals of different processes and their experimental demonstration to development and implementation of industrial equipment.
