Magzor’s vision is to manufacture machines which enable the fabrication of meso and micro-scale devices at room temperature. These devices can have mechanical electrical and/or magnetic properties. Magzor is realizing this vision by developing novel electroforming systems and techniques which require the optimization of chemistry, the physical electroplating system and (chemical reaction) feedback systems. This allows chemistry at the reaction face to be monitored and altered in real-time. It is only with this degree of control that material stoichiometry can be maintained. Hence, new hitherto unobtainable materials and material consistencies can be achieved. Through the high level of control of the electroforming process that the Magzor system offers it is possible to make novel structures with superior material properties. Such structures open the way for the semi-conductor industry to make devices on film or pre-processed semiconductor wafers that would otherwise not be viable as they could not be formed and even if they could they would have inferior material properties. Magzor's electroplating technology enables the semiconductor manufacturers to significantly improve efficiency and produce more economical electronic systems requiring substantially less processing and sockets on a PCB.
