The InterNano Directory of Experts and Organizations is a listing of both researchers and research organizations that are engaged in nanomanufacturing.

exceed with nanofibers
exceed with nanofibers
7151 Discovery Drive Chattanooga, TN 37406 USA

“exceed with nanofibers” air filters are manufactured and marketed by eSpin Technologies Inc., a leading nanofiber production company established in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 1999. Compared to traditional filters, exceed air filters capture a higher percentage of small particles below 500 nanometer including bacteria, smoke particles, droplet nuclei, vaporized metal soot, and other small contaminants including nanoparticles. Providing cleaner air results in higher quality products, more productive employees, cleaner a/c coils, and ducts.

Graphene Flagship
Graphene Flagship
Gothenburg, SE-41296 Sweden

This pilot action GRAPHENE-CA paves the road to the FET Flagship "Graphene-Driven Revolutions in ICT and Beyond" (GRAPHENE). The GRAPHENE flagship ambition is to bring together a focused, interdisciplinary European research community that aims at a radical technology shift in information and communication technology that exploits the unique properties of graphene and related two-dimensional materials. Graphene research is an example of an emerging translational nanotechnology where discoveries in academic laboratories are rapidly transferred to applications and commercial products.

Vorbeck Materials
Vorbeck Materials
8306 Patuxent Range Road Unit 105 Jessup, MD 20794 USA

Vorbeck develops Vor-x products to meet real-world industrial challenges. Vor-ink formulations harness the exceptional conductivity of graphene: ultra-flexible and robust inks and coatings for the printed electronics market. In energy applications, Vor-x delivers demonstrable performance gains by breaking traditional technology trade-offs between battery capacity and power output. Plastic and rubber composites with low Vor-x loadings attain extreme levels of strength, dimensional stability, conductivity, and environmental resistance, opening new application and design possibilities.

Magzor Corporation
Magzor Corporation
3529 Old Conejo Road Unit 115 Newbury Park, CA 91320 USA

Magzor’s vision is to manufacture machines which enable the fabrication of meso and micro-scale devices at room temperature. These devices can have mechanical electrical and/or magnetic properties. Magzor is realizing this vision by developing novel electroforming systems and techniques which require the optimization of chemistry, the physical electroplating system and (chemical reaction) feedback systems. This allows chemistry at the reaction face to be monitored and altered in real-time. It is only with this degree of control that material stoichiometry can be maintained.

Center for Advanced Microelectronics Manufacturing
Center for Advanced Microelectronics Manufacturing
Suite 1600 Biotechnology Building Binghamton, New York 13902-6000 USA

The CAMM was established in 2005 when the Flex Tech Alliance (formerly the United States Display Consortium) selected Binghamton University, a global leader in electronics packaging and small scale systems integration, in partnership with Endicott Interconnect Technologies Inc, and Cornell University, to spearhead development of next generation roll-to-roll (R2R) electronics manufacturing capabilities. A unique collaborative effort, the CAMM brings together partners from government, industry and academia to tackle the myriad challenges of this emergent technology.
