AsiaNANO 2016 is the 8th in the series of Asian Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (2002 Japan, 2004 China, 2006 Korea, 2008 Singapore, 2010 Japan, 2012 China, and 2014 Korea) and will be held in Sapporo, Japan. From the second turn of the series, the conferences are devoted to new challenges and innovations in nanochemistry and nanomaterials, especially to encourage and promote collaborations in the Asian Research Network on Fusion Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
AsiaNANO 2016 will primarily focus on revolutionary approaches and results developed newly in nanochemistry and nanomaterials for the last two years. The conference will include recent hot topics on chemical and physical aspects of nanostructures as well as their fabrication and characterization technologies, those are of strong current interest in nanoscience and nanotechnology, and industrial inventions and products. Fusion nanoscience and nanotechnology fields including bio-nano and info-nano researches will be highlighted, together with post nanoscience and nanotechnology fields in which emergence of novel concepts and approaches toward next generation are expected.
The conference will consist of keynote lectures, plenary talks, invited and contributed oral presentations, and poster sessions, which will be organized to address the current research status from Asian Pacific countries to all over the world.
